Nothing teases new affordable CMF smartphone with a unique dial; check expected price, features

The impending release of CMF by Nothing's first smartphone, the CMF Phone 1, has been confirmed. It's anticipated that the phone would have an original design and be priced affordably.

The CMF Phone 1, CMF by Nothing's first smartphone, is expected to appear in the near future. The phone will be an entry-level model, according to a post posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, making the news. The post also showed off an orange faux-leather panel that resembled the lanyard holder on the CMF Buds charging case and had a circular clock. Although there aren't many specifics known about the CMF Phone 1, the teaser image seems to indicate a distinctive design.

Every teaser and leak has included the Glyph UI, which was a feature of Nothing's prior smartphones. According to leaked material, the phone would have a thick bezel around a 6.7-inch OLED screen running at 120Hz.

A MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC with 6GB of RAM and choices for 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage are said to power it. It is anticipated to function on NothingOS 2.6.0, an as-yet-unreleased version.

The CMF Phone 1 may come with a dual-camera configuration on the rear with two 50-megapixel sensors: one for wide-angle photos and one for close-ups. It is anticipated that the front camera would sport a 16-megapixel sensor. Presumably, the gadget will include a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging.

According to a previous leak, the CMF Phone 1 would cost about Rs 12,000, making it a reasonably priced entry-level device. Although CMF by Nothing has not yet disclosed its plans for an Indian launch, its creative design and affordable cost may appeal to consumers on a tight budget. The co-founder of OnePlus and current CEO of the UK-based firm, Carl Pei, has highlighted creative designs as a primary goal of CMF by Nothing.
